Parsley Butter*

The Green Guide to Herb Gardening

1/2 pound butter (not margarine)
3 tablespoons parsley
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon brown mustard

Combine and roll into a log on wax paper.
Wrap in paper and place in airtight plastic bag.
Cut and use on new potatoes and green beans.
